Our Philosophy

At Injurease Clinic, we believe that understanding your injury is just as important as treating it.

Our aim is to educate and empower you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take an active role in your recovery.

Through evidence-based assessment, personalised rehabilitation, and honest guidance, we don't just focus on reducing pain we help you understand why it's there, build confidence in your body, and support you in returning to sport and everyday life with the tools to stay active long after treatment has finished.

Meet the Team

  • Michael Hearn

I'm Mike, a degree qualified Sports Rehabilitator with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and an MSc in Strength, Conditioning and Sports Performance. Alongside my academic training, I've worked with athletes across football, rugby and strength sports, helping people recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy.

As a competitive strongman since 2018, I understand first-hand the physical demands of strength training and the challenges of balancing performance with injury.

This combination of clinical expertise, coaching knowledge and real-world experience allows me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, creating personalised plans that not only reduce pain but help you move better, perform better and stay active for the long term.
